ALEX TOLEDO Drawings & Collages
Julia Cameron’s, The Artist's Way, helped Alex navigate her divorce and the global shutdown through journaling. Self-taught, Alex began creating a way to interpret the flurry of emotions through this process. As a result, she produced a collection of mixed media art. Exhibition: June 3 - August 5

"I survived a global pandemic and a divorce. What saved me is displayed before you. Some of these pieces are the actual pages taken from my journals.
My art takes you through different phases of my journey, through different questions and all the emotions. I hope that maybe my work will put you inside a moment. Not just my moment but perhaps yours too or someone you know. To experience the sadness, the laughter, the pain, or the love. All of these pieces represent my Inner Atlas in their various forms."
